To prevent duplication of payment, send your registration form only once. If you are mailing it, do not fax and vice versa.
Registrants will receive email confirmation of registration and payment within one week after registration has been processed. If you have not received confirmation of your registration by one week after your registration was submitted, please contact the Customer Care department via email or by phone at 703.516.9300.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations. Please contact Customer Care department if you have any questions.
